1. Enrollment
All members are enrolled  in the Program by default, however, the Company reserves the right to reject any member at its sole discretion.

2. Promotion and Marketing
As an Affiliate, you may promote the Company’s products or services through various channels, including but not limited to, your website, social media accounts, email lists, and other forms of digital or non-digital media. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the promotion and marketing of the Company’s products or services.

3. Commission and Payment
Affiliate will earn a commission on each Xtend Digital Name Card sold through the Affiliate’s unique referral link.  The Company reserves the right to modify the commission rate at any time with prior notice to the Affiliate. 4. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all references to the Company’s products or services from its website and other marketing channels.

5. Intellectual Property
The Company retains all rights, ownership, and interest in its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property. The Affiliate may use the Company’s intellectual property only for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products or services as authorized under this Agreement.

6. Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees to keep confidential and not to disclose any confidential information of the Company or its customers obtained through the Program, except as required by law or authorized in writing by the Company.

7. Representations and Warranties
The Affiliate represents and warrants that its promotion and marketing of the Company’s products or services will not infringe any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Malaysia without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Malaysia .

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.
